Beyond Design

Born to a family of software engineers, I’ve always had a deep understanding of how things “tick”. What is intuitive, what is appealing, and why things work. But rather than software, I chose to apply this knowledge to the world of design. Though it is often overlooked, design is a force that drives the world. It influences what we buy, how we view things, and what we consider worthwhile. My biggest strength is my diverse skillset which allows me to consider things from all angles.

In 2018, I joined a small startup company and helped develop voice synthesizer instruments contracted under the software publisher Dreamtonics Co., Ltd. when I was 16 years old. My primary role was quality assurance, but lesser duties included design feedback, testing, and software configuration. I resigned from my position so that I could pursue my education and graduated high school with a GED in 2023. Not long after graduating, I enrolled in Bryan University to pursue graphic design. I received graphic design and Adobe certification in 2024 and graduated with an Associate’s Degree in 2025.

Despite my resignation, I have maintained employment as an independent contractor to Alphabet Inc. as since 2020, as well as freelance work under an online alias from 2022. My primary source of income stems from creating singing synthesizers, but I have also accepted work in digital illustration, logo design, product design, and audio engineering. As a sole proprietorship, I am entirely responsible for my marketing and management. My primary skills as a designer include web, product, and logo design, but I am also experienced in many fields such as illustration, video editing, and marketing. My mottos are customization and personalization, making sure the client receives something fit for them regardless of how familiar they are with the process.

Note: My position under the startup company was associated with an online alias. Due to a stalking issue, the company name has been redacted from the public version of my resume. If you are an employer looking for specific details about my position beyond what is provided here, please email me with your company name and your position.
